Augustow

- It produces more than 40 billion cigarettes per year. It is the second largest BAT plant in Western Europe and it is characterized by the highest complexity of production within the BAT Group
- The Augustów site has become a hub factory within British American Tobacco’s globally integrated supply chain

- The factory is a pioneer in introducing new technologies within the Group
- It is located in the beautiful Augustów Lakeland in the northeast of Poland
Unique selling points:
As a Management Trainee in Operations you will have the unique opportunity to learn about all the stages of the manufacturing process. You will have subsequent rotations in the core departments of the factory such as production, scheduling and logistics, quality and/or engineering, and will lead your own projects there.
You will benefit from exposure to Operations professionals at various seniority levels, including heads of functions and have the opportunity to observe the newest technology in the production area. During the Programme you will gain knowledge about the supply chain and develop leadership skills enabling you to drive key production processes in the factory environment.
