Bring Your Ideas
Bring Your Ideas to the Table is an initiative undertaken by British American Tobacco in order to let you experiment what it is like to work in one of the most challenging and exciting environments. It also allows us to discover your unknown talents that might be right for our International Management Trainee Program. Students from the most prestigious universities across Europe will be involved in a battle of ideas and discover whether their ideas make it to the table through our Virtual Business Case.
Students from all across Europe will join together to create a team made up of different people, different cultures and backgrounds. See if your ideas hold up to scrutiny, and in turn evaluate other people’s ideas. Do not expect anything to be "right" or "wrong" – that would be too easy.
